Welcome to The SunLounge Collection. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
Personal details – Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of The SunLounge Collection.
By subscribing to our enews/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorising us to send you communications.
All pricing is in Australia Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. The SunLounge Collection reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
• Your order will be dispatched within two business days.
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post.
• No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
• Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
• If the product was marked with ‘pre-order’ your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMES
1-2 Business Days – Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern Rivers, Toowoomba, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Woolongong, Canberra
2-3 Business Days – Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo, Albury Wadonga, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Hobart, Launceston
5 Business days for locations just outside of the above mentioned areas
7 Business Days – Perth, Darwin
Maximum 10 business days for the most remote locations in Australia
Please contact us if you require tracking information for your order. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through Australia Post. The SunLounge Collection will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty The SunLounge Collection will replace the goods. We don’t exchange if it is simply a change of mind.
